Emma Butler focuses on cross-border debt restructurings and debt finance transactions. She has advised clients in the U.K. on matters related to their domestic and international activities.
Prior to joining the firm, Emma trained in the London office of a Magic Circle law firm, which included a secondment to a global financial services firm.
