Emma is a counsel at Freshfields based in London, in the restructuring and insolvency team. Emma has acted in a number of complex restructurings and acts across the capital structure for key stakeholders, including lenders, corporates, ad-hoc groups of bondholders, distressed investors, shareholders, directors, purchasers, insolvency officeholders and security trustees.
