He acts for insolvency and turnaround practitioners, lenders, creditors, investors, companies and their directors, in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters in domestic and cross-border insolvencies. Ian advises purchasers, vendors and investors in distressed businesses and companies, as well as overseas law firms and clients who require assistance in dealing with companies experiencing financial difficulty in the UK. Ian has wide experience advising on commercial and financial litigation for UK and international banks and commercial organisations.
