Breal Capital are privately funded and as such do not suffer from many constraints associated with private equity houses: we don't have investment committee after investment committee, we do not have a specific horizon for exiting our investments and seek to help management teams build equity value, for all stakeholders, over the long term.

We come to the table with a pioneering track record of experience in funding corporate carve -outs and turnaround situations, providing over £5bn of liquidity to businesses.
