Merino invests in turnaround situations as well as management buyouts and corporate disposals. We can invest up to £10m equity per transaction, and invest across all sectors within the UK. We typically either acquire companies outright, or invest in a majority equity stake. We are highly flexible investor, and will consider most types of transaction across all UK industries.

We have a passion for helping businesses to grow and develop. We are a hands-on investor, and are actively involved in the development of each of our portfolio companies.

We back strong management teams, working closely with managers and entrepreneurs; we focus on providing the incentives and support necessary to create an environment for success.

There are currently six businesses in our portfolio, comprising c.£75m in sales and 500 employees.
