Eversheds Sutherland

Meghan is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency Team at Eversheds Sutherland. She specialises in corporate restructuring, enforcing security for lenders and advisory work both for insolvency practitioners and directors. Meghan works on both contentious and non-contentious matters and has experience across personal and corporate insolvency. Whilst the Nottingham Eversheds team work for clients nationally and internationally, a number of their longest standing clients are local to the Nottingham and East Midlands market and the team have excellent relationships with them, which is something Meghan particularly enjoys about the work she does. Having grown up in Derby, Meghan trained as a solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland and qualified in 2020.
