  • Advising Ernst & Young on the Nortel administration and CVAs- one of the biggest restructuring mandates in the world
  • Advising the lenders to North Sea Oil & Gas companies EnQuest plc in connection with the group's restructuring of its US$1.2 billion revolving credit facility , and the administration of FirstOil PLC
  • Advising hibu (formerly Yell) on its £2.3 billion debt restructuring
