Our global restructuring and insolvency group acts for  a wide variety of stakeholders, including corporates, creditors, regulators and insolvency practitioners on a broad range of restructuring, refinancing and advisory work and formal insolvency assignments across the insolvency spectrum. We also advise a wide range of non-bank investors and funds on a variety of transactions.
