Paul Davies
Paul is a Partner at BTG Advisory, a Board Director of the TMA UK and will become TMA UK president from January 2021. He started his career in restructuring at Begbies Traynor Group in 1999 and re-joined the Group in 2019.
Paul has extensive experience in the area of restructuring and specialises in risk banking, formal work, distressed investing and turnaround and this expertise enables him to provide a unique perspective to any stakeholders. His focus is wide ranging and incorporates Diagnostic Business Reviews, Accelerated M&A, interim management, debt advisory (particularly via the alternative finance market) and stakeholder negotiations.
Paul was named Turnaround Professional of the Year at the 2017 TRI awards.

Peter Brewer
Peter is a partner in the Commercial Litigation team of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP, and is based in their Birmingham office. Peter specialises in corporate litigation, particularly arising out of director and shareholder exits, breach of duty claims, the interpretation of articles of association and post sale warranty claims, as well as more straight forward breach of contract claims. As well as acting for a number of corporate clients, Peter has experience of acting for Private Equity funds, investors, Turnaround Practitioners and directors in resolving their disputes.
Peter is Chairman of the West Midlands Branch of the TMA.

Arjun Malhotra
Mr. Malhotra is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group with over a decade of experience in financial restructuring, special situations, valuation, and investment advisory.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Malhotra worked in financial restructuring and special situations at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he advised companies across the full capital structure as well as provided merger, acquisition, and defence advice. Prior to Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Malhotra was a member of the UK investment banking coverage team at Citi, providing corporate finance advice. He started his career at KPMG UK, working in investment advisory.
Mr. Malhotra earned a Master of Engineering in Materials Science, Economics, and Management from Trinity College at the University of Oxford. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and is a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT).

Janice Megram
Janice Megram MCICM is the Client Services Director at Veritas Commercial Services and drives the operational excellence within the credit control and cash generation teams. With a background in the legal profession, Janice has undertaken substantial receivables process improvement projects ranging from the in-house move of a sales ledger management function from a third party share service centre to company head office teams, to the creation of credit policy and processes for an SME in the logistics sector.
Janice is also responsible for the development and delivery of the training in all aspects of credit management for the present day. This ranges from credit risk and due diligence skills to dispute resolution and litigation preparation. Veritas Commercial Services are FCA registered and compliance is a key feature of the daily operations which Janice oversees.
The clients of Veritas Commercial Services enjoy access to the bank of knowledge that Veritas Commercial Services have acquired over the years and continue to acquire such as the rapid uptake of online procurement systems being adopted by many sectors in an ever changing commercial background.

Anna Nolan
Anna Nolan is an associate in the Restructuring and Finance practice at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s London office. Ms. Nolan has broad experience advising on financial and corporate restructurings (contentious and non-contentious matters) and insolvency matters including transactions with a real estate asset focus. She acts for a wide range of stakeholders who are often involved in complex transactions with a cross-border element.
Before joining Paul Hastings, she was an associate at another leading US law firm.

Jenny Oldfield
Jenny is founder and CEO of Veritas Commercial Services and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management. With a wealth of experience in receivables performance improvement projects, her team are comprised of internationally experienced credit management specialists supported by proactive and in-house trained credit controllers delivering cash generation and outsource credit control services. The solutions are hands-on in a turnaround environment and bespoke to each project’s requirements.
With a wide and varied sector experience, Jenny previously led the receivables management team within PwC’s corporate recovery business for over 10 years, delivering receivables solutions to the firms turnaround, advisory and insolvency clients.
Veritas has been successfully trading since 2001 with a client base ranging from small SMEs to international corporations across the UK, US and Europe. In addition, the focus on the Asset Based Lending (ABL) industry has enabled Jenny to build a hand-picked team to support the needs of the industry
