Nic Evans a qualified and experienced PE teacher and rugby coach who is currently a lecturer in Physical Education and sports coaching and an Ex-Wasps and Wales rugby International. She is an advocate and researcher of equity in sports coaching and am currently in the completion phase of my level 4 coaching qualification. Nic was the first female Director of Rugby in Essex at the inclusive Kings Cross Steelers and part of the documentary Steelers playing worldwide on Amazon Prime. She is a member of Progressive Rugby and have spoken extensively in the media on ensuring women and girls research is undertaken, lobbying for action in concussion coach education and return to play protocol specifically for women and girls.
