Rebecca Dixon

Rebecca is Associate General Counsel at King Street. Based in King Street’s London office, Rebecca supports the European and Asian businesses on a variety of investments ranging from restructuring/distress to performing credit. Rebecca also works on private/special situations opportunities as well as on transactions in alternative asset classes such as litigation financing. Rebecca joined King Street in 2018 and was previously a Managing Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency team at Linklaters, having spent time in Madrid with Linklaters in 2008. During her time at Linklaters, Rebecca acted for major corporates, banks and fund clients on cross-border complex restructurings, pre-packs, insolvency litigation and also special situations financings. She is a graduate from the University of Bristol where she studied law.
