At ease working with business owners and directors, he has worked at all stages of a business’ life cycle but has chosen to focus upon problem management, turnaround and recovery situations for the last 15 years.

He specialises in understanding and providing support to businesses which are in need of extra assistance particularly during these challenging times. His clients range in size from small businesses to corporates across the Bibby product range. He coordinates the “One Bibby” strategy where they provide multiple products to ensure a joined up supportive strategy & approach is adopted.

Well versed in such things as cash flow, viability and recovery he is used as a point of technical reference for all parts of the wider Bibby Financial Services Group. He is comfortable when in the thick of challenging situations and has extensive authority to ensure appropriate support is given.
