Manolete was founded in 2009 and is the UK’s leading insolvency litigation financing company. We are known for our expert knowledge of the Insolvency and Recovery sector. We have invested in over 600 specialist UK insolvency cases, taking assignments of claims or funding IPs. Manolete has built up a strong regional network of in-house lawyers and we work alongside IPs from all of the ‘Big Four’ through to one and two partner specialist practices in the regions. The IPs always choose the solicitor firm to work on the case. Case values range from £20k to £70m. Manolete floated on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) in 2018 so has the financial strength to support all claims. Manolete self-insures all adverse cost risk on each case and provides a full indemnity to the IP and the Estate. A significant cash sum is paid immediately and the Estate also receives at least 50% and up to 90% of the net proceeds. Outright cash purchase for a larger immediate sum, is also a popular offering.
