Join TMA UK Leeds for their next event on 14th November with guest speaker for the evening Simon Hartley.
Turning around a failing organisation is tough!
If you want to succeed, having the right attitude and mindset is critical.
How can you turn a losing team into a winning team?
In 2013, Oracle Team USA completed perhaps the most epic comeback in sporting history, to win the 34th America’s Cup. After trailing 8-1 to Emirates Team New Zealand just one week before, they clinched the final winner-takes-all race by 33 seconds and won the series 9-8.
How did they do it?
Polar expedition leader, Ann Daniels, led the first all-woman team to the North Pole from land. They had a 75 days to cover the 500 miles, before the ice conditions deteriorated. On day 37 they had covered just 69 miles. Remarkably, they made it to the North Pole.
How did they do it?
These are not isolated examples, although they are pretty exceptional. They show that incredible turnarounds are possible, if you have the right mindset and attitude.
During this session, we will discover the keys to creating the mindset required to successfully turn around failing teams and under-performance.
