TMA UK are delighted to welcome Duncan Ainscough and Neal Weekes as their guest speakers for the evening

Please join us as they look at what the future holds.

The valuation of a company’s assets underpins all financial decisions when it comes to asset-based lending, asset acquisition and corporate recovery. The accuracy of this valuation is crucial and is made up of far more than just historical sales data and curved line depreciation. Technology has made it easier to obtain data, but an appraisers knowledge and experience of how to interpret that data is fundamental. So, what does this mean for the next generation of valuers? How will they extrapolate and interpret values?
