Following on from our first successful NextGen mentoring session on 13th October with Adrian Doble, Master NLP practitioner and a CBT Coach, TMA NextGen would like to invite you to attend the second in a series of mentoring sessions with Adrian that will focus on rapport building and influencing styles . As a young professional, you have a person you report to and the quality of your life is often dependant on that person. This session is about influencing your boss. How can we control the demands handed down to us? How can we better influence upwards? Using NLP Adrian will explain how we can do this. Managing your boss is more important now than ever given that almost of all us are working remotely from home, constantly on-line and we do not have the same face to face contact with our bosses as before the Covid-19 pandemic.
This session will be moderated by Anna Nolan, the President of TMA NextGen London and will be recorded and made available on the TMA website for those of you who are unable to attend.
TMA NextGen are very excited to be able to provide a platform for members and those who may want to join us to benefit from Adrian’s mentoring expertise and to allow attendees of the event to participate in small group conversations after Adrian’s session to cultivate current connections, and develop new ones in the turnaround sphere.
LOCATION: Via Zoom, joining details to be circulated prior to the event to attendees.
DURATION: 30 minutes plus 15 minutes of networking.
Please extend this information to any of your contacts or colleagues.
