TMA NextGen mentoring session and online networking
How to avoid making wrong business decisions and develop expert judgemental skills
On 21st January at 10.00am Adrian Doble, Master NLP and CBT Mentor and coach will host the third in our series of 30 minute mentoring tips for NextGen members and guests. Adrian will highlight three key reasons why and how mistakes are made in business. As a former CRO and restructuring professional he will talk about how our can minds trick us into believing that we are making sound decisions when we are actually heading for a car crash!
This session will be hosted by Anna Nolan of Paul Hastings, the event will again be followed by an optional stay-behind networking in small breakout groups, which have proved very popular.
It will also be recorded and made available on the TMA website for those of you who are unable to attend.

DURATION: 30 minutes plus 30 minutes of networking.

Adrian Doble
Adrian is well known on the restructuring scene, having worked exclusively "company side" across Europe, in the US and of course the UK for 23 years as an advisor or executive board CRO.
Adrian has himself transitioned, forming Mentoring Services after leaving the London advisory market. He is a qualified NLP Master, a CBT Coach and hypnotherapist and in particular champions women in business through Global Women Connect where he sits as an advisory board member.
He now provides 'restructuring for people and businesses'.
