Mr. Malhotra is a member of Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group in London. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Malhotra worked in financial restructuring and special situations at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he advised companies across the full capital structure as well as provided merger, acquisition, and defence advice. Prior to Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Malhotra was a member of the UK investment banking coverage team at Citi, providing corporate finance advice. He started his career at KPMG UK, working in investment advisory.
