As society continues to adapt to new ways of working and meeting connections, it can be difficult to find the opportunities to build new connections and to motivate yourself to maintain those connections without the physicality that we are used to. Having experienced some of the hurdles to relationships in the current climate yet understanding the importance of a strong network, the TMA NOW committee has organised an exciting and unique interactive workshop aimed at connecting like-minded women in order to build relationships in a more intimate networking environment.

The event will be a virtual workshop by Yapincak Erkan, founder of Yasha Consulting and Training, focused on catalysing connections with energy and motivation. Yapincak has had a successful career in marketing in senior leadership roles and has since moved into an equally impressive career as a Non-Executive Director and leadership coach, working with C-suite and Board level directors. Yapincak is focused on inspiring individuals to embrace the right skills, space and spirit to make positive change for themselves. The TMA NOW are very excited to be able to provide a platform for TMA members to benefit from Yapincak’s expertise and to allow attendees of the event to participate in intimate group conversations in order to develop deep-rooted connections with other women in the insolvency and restructuring sphere.

The event will take approximately 75 minutes with an introduction from Yapincak and mini workshop with the plenary before attendees are moved into smaller discussion groups to allow all attendees the opportunity to participate, have their voice heard and build all important connections with other professionals. The group with then be brought back together for a final interactive closing session.

This is TMA NOW’s first women’s-only event. TMA members can sign up and attend for free and a fee of £15 will be charged for any non-members wishing to attend.

TIMES:

6pm introduction to Yapincak and mini workshop
6:30pm breakout rooms are allocated and opened for discussions
7:00pm final closing session
7:15pm event ends

LOCATION: Via Zoom, joining details to be circulated prior to the event to attendees.
