London rock partners was founded in 2021 by Naveed Khan and Clare Anna. The business was started to cater for the demand in the market for a more bespoke approach to Hotel Management and the ability to quickly turnaround hospitality projects. To date we have 11 managed assets in the portfolio and an active pipeline. Working across branded and independent Hotels the team are well placed to drive commercial and operational effectiveness across any hospitality business. Supporting owners and investors right the way through the cycle of owning an asset from lending, purchase, feasibility, brand selection, negotiation of franchise terms and opening the hotel.
