Ian is a Senior Consultant Solicitor in the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery practice and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (non- appointment taking). He has more than more than 25 years experience advising on all aspects of business rescue, corporate recovery and restructuring as well as corporate and personal insolvency issues. He acts for insolvency and turnaround practitioners, lenders, creditors, investors, companies and their directors, in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters in domestic and cross-border insolvencies. Ian advises purchasers, vendors and investors in distressed businesses and companies, as well as overseas law firms and clients who require assistance in dealing with companies experiencing financial difficulty in the UK. Ian has wide experience advising on commercial and financial litigation for UK and international banks and commercial organisations.
