Commenting on his new appointment, Neil Gostelow said: “I’m delighted to be joining BREAL Group at this very exciting time in its growth trajectory. I have known Brent Osborne for around 15 years and have worked with him on several investments when I was a restructuring partner at KPMG. Having been on the other side of the table, I have had the privilege of seeing and experiencing the trust and integrity of the BREAL Group team first-hand. Above all, that is why I wanted to join them. It was clear to me how successful they have been, while standing by their principles of doing the right thing by all stakeholders, crucially including the employees of the companies they acquire.”

Brent Osborne, founder of BREAL Group said: “I am delighted to welcome Neil to the BREAL Capital team. He has an outstanding track record and brings extensive senior-level experience and a commercial skillset that spans everything from cash management to contingency planning and multi-stakeholder management. When we back a business, we back it for the long-term. Neil’s ‘through the cycle’ experience is a real asset for BREAL Group as we continue to expand as a responsible investment partner, transforming businesses with an impact-driven approach and bringing them sustainable success.”
