David is the third addition to the SIA Group team in recent months, following the appointment of Matt Vanderman and Bradley Shackleton.

Commenting on his appointment, David Ross said:

“I am very excited to be joining SIA Group and look forward to being a key part of the company’s expansion plans.  SIA Group is a highly professional, modern and dynamic organisation, operating right at the heart of the restructuring industry. With the impact of Covid-19 being felt right across the business world, the demand for restructuring advice is poised for a dramatic resurgence with more and more accountancy firms, IPs, lenders and private equity houses seeking responsive valuations and disposals support. The Midlands is the heartland of UK manufacturing with its focus on automotive, aerospace and food and drink processing and is geographically ideally placed to serve the needs of businesses in the industrial sector.”

Paul Craig, Managing Director of SIA Group, comments: “We are delighted to welcome David to the team. His experience and expertise will make a significant contribution to our plans in the corporate restructuring arena. The appointment further demonstrates the momentum we are building as we move into this vitally important period of expansion in response to market demand.”

He continued: “The Birmingham office is the sixth regional hub for the SIA Group and is the exciting next step in our growth journey. The Midlands is a fast growing regional economy with an established private equity, advisory, lender and restructuring community and boasts real strengths in ground-breaking manufacturing and innovation right at the forefront of industry. We look forward to investing further within the region and to supporting the emergence of businesses that play a vital role in the UK’s economy.”
