Andrew J Pepper President TMA UK is delighted to announce that The Turnaround Management Association ("TMA") has formed regional boards in the North East and East Midlands.
 
The TMA is a member's organisation formed to promote the interests of professionals engaged in business turnaround via networking, knowledge sharing and professional development. The TMA is committed to growing its presence in the regions and replicating its successes in London.

 

The North East regional board will be chaired by Andrew Cawkwell - Newtons Solicitors. 

Andrew is a genuine all round Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer and has been described by Chambers & Partners guide as a leader in his field and as having a “holistic awareness of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law”. Andrew's key specialisms are: 
 

  • Administrations, Administrative Receiverships, LPA Receiverships, Liquidations, Provisional Liquidations and CVAs'
  • Pre-pack administration sales 
  • Informal Reorganisations and Turnaround 
  • Negotiating with Funders
  • Section 110 Schemes 
  • Advice to directors on their duties in particular during the twilight period 
  • Officeholders' powers and duties


Andrew will be joined by: Tonya Allison - FRP Advisory LLP, Andrew Dyson - Begbies Traynor, Lorna Ford - KPMG, Kelly Jordan - Muckle LLP and Allan Kelly - RSM

 

The East Midlands regional board will be chaired by Nick Edwards - RSM 

Nick has been involved in turnaround since 1990 starting with the original Cork Gully and heads the RSM team in Milton Keynes. His experience ranges from debt and pension advisory to formal insolvency.


Nick will be joined by: Kelly Hamill - Bibby Financial Services, Nicki Meadows - Dains Business Recovery LLP, Richard Norton - R&E Finance, Harry Moore - Moore Fleming, Robin Johnston - Buckles Solicitors and Mark Huddlestone - Baldwins Accountants

 

The boards will promote the TMA in the regions and looks forward to putting on a wide and varied programme in the coming year.
