On 13th October we hosted our first NextGen mentoring session. Thank you to Adrian Doble, a Master NLP practitioner and a CBT Coach, for delivering an interesting and insightful mentoring session for the TMA NextGen members and supporters conscious of the importance of soft skills.

This session was hosted by Anna Nolan, the president of TMA NextGen London and covered issues which are of interest to young professionals such as:

  • Communication techniques
  • Handling conflict at work
  • Influencing and persuasion
  • Creating mental resilience.

TMA NextGen are very excited to be able to deliver this first ever mentoring session which has been recorded and is available here . We have received fantastic feedback from the delegates and thank you to those who stayed with us a little bit longer to continue our discussion in the Zoom meeting rooms. We have used this session as an opportunity to provide a virtual platform for members and supporters to exchange views on the current market and build important relationships in the new (for now) virtual reality.

If you have enjoyed the sessions and would welcome more mentoring opportunities or sessions, please let us know as we are always keen to receive feedback from our members.
