He is a Chartered Accountant and has over 10 years’ experience working with management teams to deliver change and create value. During his time at Endless, Adam has been involved in over 20 investments, covering the whole investment lifecycle but with a particular focus on partnering with investments to deliver long-term strategic projects and create sustainable value. Notable transactions include the IPO of value retailer The Works; the restructuring and disposal of European automotive components manufacturer Brabant Alucast; the sale of insurance service provider FMG to Redde plc; the turnaround and disposal of packaging manufacturer Excelsior Technologies to Mondi plc; and the rescue and successful exit of leading inflight content provider Ink to Stagwell.
Prior to joining Endless in 2013, Adam was part of the KPMG Restructuring team in Leeds, advising mid-market businesses as they navigated through periods of stress and uncertainty. Adam was also a member of Yorkshire Bank’s Strategic and Acquisition Finance Team, providing leveraged finance solutions to PE and corporate clients across the UK.
