John is a Partner in the National Business Restructuring Team, with over 15 years’ experience of delivering business and cash flow reviews of both listed and private companies, advising lenders and management teams on areas of corporate insolvency, and delivering restructuring and contingency planning assignments for large and complex groups. He specialises in creating commercial and pragmatic solutions for organisations, lenders and other key stakeholders in order to protect, or realise value in stressed and distressed situations.
John has a particular focus on businesses operating within the energy sector and is the Restructuring-lead within BDO’s firmwide Natural Resources, Energy and Renewables team.
