Insolvency Service

Justin joined the Insolvency Service as a trainee examiner after graduating with a degree in Accounting & Finance. His career has spanned a number of key operational postings, including Official Receiver for London and Southend and Public Interest Unit. Justin has held his current role as Chief Technical Officer since June 2018. His teams deliver technical insolvency advice across the Insolvency Service and take the strategic lead on national interest / high-profile insolvencies.

Justin is a qualified accountant and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
