Mark is Partner in BDO’s Business Restructuring team based in London and has over 20 years’ experience of working with financial institutions, management and stakeholders of businesses in multiple sectors. He is qualified as both an accountant and a licenced insolvency practitioner. His engagements include a broad range of advisory roles including independent business reviews, business plan and solvency reviews and stressed and distressed advisory mandates. He also regularly advises stakeholders on insolvency options, contingency planning and accepts formal insolvency appointments where necessary to facilitate the objective required.

He also heads up BDO’s restructuring relationships with central Government departments and has worked with the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Defence, the Department for Culture Media and Sport together with regulators such as Homes England
