Luke works within the Enact investment team at Endless LLP focussed on special situation private equity investments. Luke looks to invest up to £10m in businesses that do not fit the mainstream investment model and includes AMA transactions, complex carve outs and businesses that may require financial or operational restructuring. Luke has worked in the restructuring and turnaround space since 2014 originally qualifying as an ACA qualified accountant at PwC within their restructuring team in Leeds.
