Andrew is a partner at Pinsent Masons in the London Restructuring team. Andrew has significant experience specialising in transactional restructuring and formal insolvency matters. Andrew advises secured creditors, corporates and insolvency practitioners on complex restructurings on corporate insolvencies. Andrew has particular experience in advising on all aspects of construction insolvency matters, including termination, post-termination issues and claims, retention of title disputes, re-procurement issues, payment and performance security claims and Insolvency Act claims.

In the past 12 months, Andrew has advised EY as administrators of the ISG Group, a £2bn turnover construction group, acting across the totality of legal matters on the 8 main group companies which have gone into administration.

Andrew also lectures on Construction Insolvency at King’s College, London as part of the Masters course in Construction Law.

David joined FRP in 2020 as a Partner in the Restructuring  Advisory team and is based in their London office. He is also Location Director for London.

He brings with him over 30 years' experience in restructuring and financial management, including board level executive functions. He has held a number of senior roles in industry including insurance, exporting and manufacturing and is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

David's recent restructuring assignments include, Octagon Developments Ltd, Henry Construction Projects Ltd, Inland Homes PLC, London Capital & Finance and a number of appointments as Special Administrator.

Becky has over 20 years of experience in invoice finance, including 11 years with Bibby Financial Services. Throughout her career, she has held various operational roles, including Credit Controller, New Business Onboarding, Team Leader, Relationship Manager, and Operations Manager in BFS’s Netherlands office. Currently serving as Head of Business Centre South in BFS’s Construction division, Becky has spent the past seven years within the Construction business, first as a Relationship Manager and now in her current leadership role. She finds this sector to be the most dynamic and rewarding, offering both exciting opportunities and unique challenges.

With 42 years of experience in the finance sector, Tony has worked across banking, commercial finance brokerage, and invoice finance. Over the past 14 years at Bibby Financial Services, he has held various roles in Corporate Sales, Operations, and Risk. For the last six years, he has specialised in risk management, initially within the Commercial segment and now in Construction Finance. Tony plays a key role in identifying early warning signs within the live client book and overseeing the large recoveries portfolio.
