Steve joined FRP in 2018 and is a licenced insolvency practitioner and Appointment Taking Director in Restructuring Advisory.

He has 16 years restructuring experience and has worked across a broad range of sectors, taking a collaborative approach to advising management boards, lenders and other stakeholders. Steve has experience working across all types of restructuring processes.

Recently Steve’s time has been spent leading the team on the extended trading and subsequent sale of The Body Shop from administration securing a future for the international brand and saving over 1300 jobs.

David is a Restructuring Partner at Jones Day who has 25 years’ experience advising companies, directors and officeholders on all aspects of corporate turnaround, financial and operational restructurings, and formal insolvency proceedings. He has advised on some of the largest corporate distressed situations in recent years, including Diebold Nixdorf, GOJO, Flint Group, Comet, Scotch & Soda, Clinton Cards, Byron Hamburgers and The Body Shop International.

Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency department at Lester Aldridge LLP with a focus on solvent and insolvent corporate restructurings.

Tony has over 15 years’ restructuring experience and worked on numerous contingency planning projects, board advisory assignments and solvent or pre-pack accelerated merger and acquisition assignments for a variety of companies, across a wide range of sectors including retail.

Tony’s experience is situation based and his assignments include assisting in the preparation, review and analysis of cash flow forecasts, regularly operating in highly stressed cash critical environments. Alongside this advisory work Tony has extensive experience across a variety of trading and wind down administrations and liquidations (recently taking a lead role in The Body Shop administration).
