Dave spent the first 15 years of his career as a lender, mainly in the Asset Based Lending teams of NatWest and GE Capital.
In 2004, Dave was co-founder of Litmus Advisory, an advisory firm specialising in raising Asset Based debt predominantly to Private Equity-owned businesses.
In the subsequent 20 years, he has been involved in over £3 billion of debt raising across over 250 transactions in manufacturing, distribution, recruitment, retail and construction. Litmus was sold to FRP Advisory in 2016, where Dave was a Partner until 2025.
