London Sept 2023 - The Restructuring Plan – 3 years in, what are the lessons learned? Real Estate – the chatter grows louder; are they right, or just another over-reaction?

Drawing from their deep experience and intimate knowledge of many Restructuring Plans and emerging trends, the Freshfields restructuring and insolvency team will discuss key lessons from the first 3 years of Restructuring Plans.

The team will discuss the opportunities and the pitfalls, including Restructuring Plans for SMEs, what you need to know, and how RPs might develop.

The Real Estate sector has been much discussed but is “the dog that (largely) hasn’t barked”. As talk of distress gets louder and signs of distress become more visible, our speakers will discuss if a Real Estate wave is really coming, or is this again just market chatter?
