TMA NextGen Leeds is delighted to invite you to an end of summer morning of yoga, wellbeing and networking - hosted by the talented team at Yoga Hero!
The event is for yoga newbies and experienced yogis alike – with a real focus on de-stressing, energising and reducing the physical effects of desk work. Unwind, relax and recharge with our all-levels yoga session – absolutely no previous yoga experience is required.
Coffee and other refreshments (including freshly baked pastries) will be provided!
The event is limited to 20 spaces, so book early. We look forward to welcoming you!
