As part of PwC's Deals team, Sarah is a Partner in the restructuring practice, specialising in supporting corporates and their stakeholders through periods of change, stress or distress. Primarily based in the North West market for over 25 years, Sarah has spent time on secondment to a major UK Bank's high risk team and has worked on restructuring assignments across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions. Sarah has had a keen focus on advising ABLs and their clients during the course of her career across a range of mid-market and large corporate restructuring situations.

Ged is the Head of Restructuring at Addleshaw Goddard LLP with c.30 years' experience advising banks, ABLs & insolvency practitioners on all legal matters arising from corporate insolvencies with a particular emphasis on non-contentious aspects. He also has considerable experience advising these funders and distressed companies in corporate restructurings and turnarounds where formal insolvency procedures can be avoided.

Ged also has a particular interest in acting for corporates on acquisitions of distressed businesses either through Accelerated M&A or solvent sales which are often funded by the NW ABL community.

Ged has tier 1 ranking for leading individuals in restructuring in the North West in both Chambers and Legal 500.
