Since retiring as Headstar’s Chair in Spring 2023, Neil continues to provide sound guidance and advice to a select number of clients and as a Headstar Board advisor.

Craig’s area of responsibility as Barclays Business Support Regional Director stretches across the North and Midlands Regions, working with 9 Specialist Turnaround Directors to ensure the highest professionalism in turnaround. He is a member of the Business Support National Leadership Team with responsibility for Barclays’ approach and strategy to supporting customers in financial difficulty.

As a Banker of 30 years’ experience, with 16 years working in turnaround focussed teams, Craig is well placed to debate the key challenges faced by businesses today.

Gemma joined Reward in 2017 and is now responsible for the Operations and Sales Teams across Yorkshire & North East, Scotland and London. She has been involved in SME and Corporate banking for over 25 years, with previous experience prior to joining Reward across various leadership and strategic roles within RBS.

Martin is an IfT accredited independent turnaround director specialising in protecting and creating value within SME’s and elite sporting organisations. He has more than 20 years’ executive boardroom experience in successfully delivering change, growth and performance improvements across a diverse range of challenging financial, strategic and leadership situations across various business sectors. Over the last 12 years Martin has also worked in the highly demanding and fast-moving world of elite sport - holding executive and advisory roles in a number of professional clubs and obtaining a MSc in Sports Directorship (Leading High Performance Sporting Organisations).
