Alexander is an Associate Director at Alvarez & Marsal. He specialises in advising corporates and other key stakeholders to manage risk and preserve value through services including financial due diligence, financial restructuring, accelerated M&A and cash flow management.Prior to joining A&M, he spent several years at PwC, working with clients across a range of industries including retail, automotive, healthcare, financial services, leisure, recruitment and education. His clients ranged from small, owner managed businesses to larger public entities, banks and private equity.Alexander graduated with a first class degree from Newcastle University, having achieved the Business School award for outstanding performance in final year on BA (Honours) Business Management. He is also a qualified member of the ICAEW.
