• 25 years specialist experience in Turnaround and Restructuring advisory • 5 years credit risk management specialist • As an adviser (KPMG and BDO) he has been involved in 100+ situations across 15+ countries • As an executive (HSBC) he was responsible for the credit risk management of a $8bn / c, 1,600 customer underperforming loan portfolios across UK and EMEA. • Operating at partner / executive level for 20+ years • Public and private / SME to Large cap • Extensive international pedigree and experience • Deep knowledge of advisory community (financial and legal) • Strong credibility with financial stakeholders and restructuring advisory community • Experience with public sector / govt / pension regulators • Detailed knowledge of credit risk management of impaired loans in context of bank risk management frameworks • Covered most industry sectors through several economic cycles • Not a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (but has strong working knowledge)
