Diana is a licensed insolvency practitioner and Chartered Certified Accountant with over 35 years of Restructuring experience acting on behalf of corporates, banks and asset based lenders, developing business and relationships, leading teams and managing projects locally and internationally across a broad range of sectors. She has broad restructuring experience includes formal insolvency, contingency planning, financial restructuring, crisis stabilisation, cash flow review and working capital management for a wide range of businesses in the mid market. I enjoy collaborating with management and finding solutions to the increasing challenges facing them in their business.
