The DRUM client base includes asset-based lenders, global trading groups and refining & manufacturing companies. With 30 years’ industry experience of managing > $30B physical commodities, DRUM is one of the original companies to develop inventory control contracts & procedures in the late 1990’s. The company has been a leader in formalising the services, definitions, and requirements within the collateral management service sector. The company specialises in the continuous physical control over inventory, including daily calculations of the underlying asset, such as authorisation of the physical [on the ground] asset release, as determined by the inventory control contract. We additionally provide inventory monitoring, loss investigation & recovery operations. DRUM Borrowing Base audit structure includes the physical identification & attachment of the asset to the declared inventory & financial reporting. Furthermore, in our capacity of a Borrowing Base Agent, we calculate & analyse the Borrowing Base asset pool, approving each drawdown within the Borrowing Base Facility, while testing and verifying each underlying transaction.
