Asset Advisory is LSH’s specialist insolvency and ABL valuation division.

Our main service offerings are:

• Restructuring and Insolvency – Working with Insolvency Practitioners and lenders we undertake valuations on all types of asset; provide strategic advice on how to get the best value for a business and its assets; undertake sales of assets, either by Private Treaty or through our online auction capability; also business sales; and site closure programmes.
• LPA Receiverships – Our specialist team work with IPs and Lenders to arrange the valuation, management of properties and their ultimate sale.
• Asset Based Lending – We work with ABL lenders, and the associated advisory and PE market, providing valuations of P&M, Inventory, Property and Accounts Receivables reviews.
