Sam is focussed on the origination and execution of special situation investment opportunities across the UK. Sam joined Rcapital from Retail Realisation LLP where he advised on over 25 retail restructuring transactions, primarily supporting the insolvency and lender communities. Prior to this he spent five years in the Restructuring team at EY, working on distressed corporate advisory, creditor advisory and insolvency mandates across the UK, Europe and Africa. Sam has worked across a variety of sectors including retail, business services, construction, manufacturing, real estate, education and shipping.
