Samuel Ernest Taylor is an experienced restructuring professional with over 12 years of expertise in corporate recovery and insolvency. With a proven track record of supporting businesses through financial challenges, Samuel has advised stakeholders across a diverse range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, construction, technology, and food & drink.

Having held senior roles at Alvarez and Marsal and EY-Parthenon, Samuel has extensive experience in formal insolvency processes, such as administrations, liquidations, and CVAs, as well as in advisory roles focused on business reviews, cash flow management, contingency planning, and accelerated M&A transactions. Samuel has worked with companies of all sizes, from FTSE 100 firms to owner-managed businesses.Samuel is a Fellow of the ACCA, holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Corporate Insolvency and a First Class Honours degree in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University.Samuel is an active mentor and volunteer within the business community.
