Thomas is a highly experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor with a First Class Honours BSc in Estate Management. He was awarded the Robert Crawford Prize for achieving the highest result in ‘Applied Valuation’ in his final year of studies. Thomas carries out Machinery & Business Assets valuations in respect of a large range of asset classes for all different purposes within the Marriott & Co. spectrum of work. He is a RICS Registered Valuer who adheres to the Red Book and is the Managing Director at Marriott & Co. Thomas is primarily based in the South East of England but is well prepared to travel far and wide for valuations, as required by clients.
