Dr. Volker Beissenhirtz is a German qualified lawyer and has more than twenty years experience in leading and advising companies in distress, with a particular focus on out-of-court restructurings, both nationally and internationally. In addition to his extensive legal expertise in insolvency and restructuring law, he has substantial operational experience as CRO and advisory board member. Dr Beissenhirtz is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LL.M.), a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP, EACTP) and a Certified Compliance Officer (Steinbeis/School GRC).
