Anton de Leeuw is a Partner at K2 Business Partners, an award-winning turnaround firm bringing certainty to owners and directors facing challenges outside of their experience.

A portfolio business leader specialising in turnaround management, dispute resolution, transformation and operational improvement.

Upon moving to the UK, Anton served as a Senior Advisor for the British Government during the Krebs Culling Trial and Foot & Mouth disease outbreak.

In the early 2000s, Anton founded his first business. Since then, he has accumulated over 20 years of experience advising SMEs globally in solving complex problems and crises with a deep understanding of what makes people tick.

An avid learner, Anton holds qualifications in science, psychology, accounting, law, and economics. He is a qualified mediator and complex situation negotiator.

In 2023, he began a doctorate in corporate rescue and turnaround management.

In 2022, Anton was named Turnaround Practitioner of the Year at the TRI Awards, with K2 Business Partners securing Turnaround Firm of the Year.

In his spare time, Anton is an ultra-endurance athlete and was nominated for the Unsung Hero Award at BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2019.
