Adrian Doble

Independent, Mentoring Services

Adrian is a Mentor. He is also a Chairman of a start up and runs a business www.mentoringservices.org which includes a Non Executive service called Virtual NED. V-NED provides all the advice without the hassle of a board appointment and contractual inflexibility.

After many years of influencing leaders to new strategies around the world as a CRO Adrian began to use his experience by helping individuals to make life and business changes.

He has created a low cost confidential service because after 44 years in business he now wants now to give back.

'Adrian has provided me with invaluable support: improving clarity of communication, leadership skills, cutting to the heart of issues and not being distracted by clutter; influencing skills, all of which have contributed to a significant increase in my confidence and success.' CFO, UK 2019

Here is an extract from his website: 'Building my own career, running sports teams, being a part of business communities I realised the impact I was having on people's lives. It was particularly significant for people outside of their comfort zone and facing really difficult life decisions.

So I decided to establish Mentoring Services to help people shorten the route to success. I know that if we can influence successfully, if we can persuade effectively, it is possible to lead ourselves to great success. I believe we all need a second mentor. Parents and family are there for us but it is those moments of discreet truth and discovery free of bias that confidential professional advice gives.

When you engage with me the benefit is immediate. I transfer my learning to you and help you become a stronger, more knowledgeable and ultimately better person from the first minutes of discussion. That can even be on line discussion as it is a hugely effective medium.'

Adrian is also a Director of TMA UK and was responsible for creating its regional strategy, running numerous winning conferences, establishing NextGen, NOW and latterly a group for TMA Freelancers. He is a member of the advisory board of Global Women Connect and supports the Common Good Foundation run by Lord Glasman, a great friend of TMA UK.
