Adrian is now a quality mentor and coach. Leaving the City in 2015 created the time to pursue a life ambition and become an NLP Master, a CBT Coach and hypnotherapist, completing a transition to mentoring, coaching for ambitious people in business.

Adrian joined the TMA UK Board in 2011 and was then a founding partner in restructuring firm FRP Advisory. He introduced TMA NextGen to the UK, established our regional board strategy and reorganised our approach to our now world best conference in the UK. He was voted UK Turnaround Professional of the Year in 2015 and has won awards for his contribution to company-side restructuring as a CRO over 25 years.

Adrian is also adviser to The Common Good foundation, a registered charity devoted to promoting a fairer society and reconciling estranged interests in the UK. Adrian is a Freeman of the City of London.
