Andy is the lead partner of Moorfields Advisory alongside Mike Solomons.A Chartered Certified Accountant and a UK Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, Andy offers over 30 years’ experience in working closely with lenders, investors, boards and other stakeholders to preserve value and optimise the outcome in often challenging and business critical situations.He works closely with stakeholders on strategies to avoid business failure, as well as guiding businesses through a formal insolvency process. Provided Moorfields is involved at an early stage, more often than not Andy and his team are able to ensure the survival of a business in some format by involving different divisions of the group, including Cadence Advisory and Moorfields Commercial Finance, as well as the group’s extensive database of investors and other turnaround professionals.Andy is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and works closely with the Asset Based Lending industry.
