A Fellow of two accounting institutes and holder of the Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance, these days I'm a Special Projects Maestro in the tech field focused on strategic delivery.I work with companies and investors on everything from pre-investment due diligence and reviews through to full turnaround planning and delivery.I've been everything from a top 10 firm partner to a FTSE Group FD. Over the last few years I've worked almost exclusively on an advisory or fractional basis helping businesses thrive through often massive international growth and change. That all comes with the joys of cashflow management and sometimes the need to revisit the way forward in quite radical ways.
